Empathetic Elsa

AKC English Cream Retriever, 80 lbs

Elsa's lineage was originally imported from the ukraine, had selected by Kimberlee herself based on genetic health, structure, and of course, temperament. Elsa has the kind of temperament that makes her truly one of a kind. She is calm, quiet-natured, respectful, and extremely intelligent, with a gentle energy that has the feel of your classic therapy dog. She is affectionate without being demanding and naturally intuitive to the people around her. Elsa has an easy, “go with the flow” personality and carries herself with a peaceful confidence in new environments. Her high intelligence and willingness to connect with people are qualities we especially value in her as a mother, and her puppies often inherit that same polite, quick-learning nature which makes many wonderful service dog prospects, emotional support, or therapy dogs. We are intuitionally very particular when it comes to the parents of our Englishdoodle litters, as these litters must be calm, confident, and able to handle stress with excellent demeanors themselves. Elsa is calm with children and other puppies alike. She is about as laid back as they come with low energy.

Elsa is a beautiful example of the classic English Cream Retriever type, weighing around 80 pounds and carrying a substantial, blocky, teddy-bear build. She has a lovely broad, apple-shaped head, low-set ears, expressive round brown eyes that gives her the soft, sweet expression we love. Her structure is thick and well-built, complemented by a plush, dense light-cream coat that gives her a luxurious appearance. English Cream Retrievers are shorter, stockier, and has a lighter colored coat than your classic golden retriever.
