Reservation & Placement Process

At Kimberlee’s Kennels, we offer a highly selective, breeding program designed for families seeking exceptional companionship and quality.To ensure each puppy is thoughtfully placed, we offer a limited number of reservations per litter. Securing a reservation is the first step toward welcoming one of our puppies into your home.

We invite you to connect with our team prior to placing a reservation so we can understand your preferences and guide you toward the most suitable upcoming litter or available puppy.

A $300 reservation fee is required to confirm your placement. This fee is applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

Because of the limited and carefully managed nature of our program, reservation fees are non-refundable. Prior to puppy selection, reservations may be transferred to a future litter. Once your selected litter has arrived, our team will reach out to confirm and finalize your placement within that litter. At that time, we kindly ask that you solidify your reservation. Upon confirmation, your reservation becomes specific to that litter and is no longer eligible for transfer. The reservation fee will be retained should you choose to withdraw. Once a specific puppy has been chosen, the reservation becomes final.

• Private Digital Transfer (Venmo or PayPal)

• Personal Check or Cash via mail

Kindly include the name of the litter or puppy in your payment notes to ensure proper allocation.

Final Investment & Puppy Pick-Up Experience

As your puppy’s pick up date approaches, our team will provide a detailed invoice outlining the remaining balance.

Final payment is due prior to or at the time of your scheduled pickup or delivery appointment. We accept check, cash, Venmo, or direct invoice payment for your convenience.

To maintain a streamlined and secure process, credit card payments and PayPal are not accepted for final balances.
